uPVC-Substrates

The requirements for uPVC coatings in outdoor areas are particularly high. Our PVC coatings are characterized by extremely high weather resistance, excellent adhesion and particularly high mechanical strength. They are also less prone to soiling due to their low surface tension and high glass transition temperature.

An environmentally friendly, extremely effective aqueous cleaner and easy processing as an aqueous 1-component coating are a real benefit for your employees in painting and work preparation.

Because no hardener is required, our uPVC lacquers are particularly suitable for processing with vacuum coaters. Nevertheless, you can achieve chemical resistance that is otherwise only possible with 2-component systems.

By consistently using an IR-reflecting pigment system, we keep the heating of the components caused by solar radiation to a minimum and avoid deformation of the elements.

UV coatings

Our portfolio also includes innovative and high-quality UV coatings for exterior and interior applications. Here we achieve excellent adhesion even on difficult substrates. Our systems are characterized by high scratch resistance and excellent weathering properties.

Wood coatings

Wood is probably the most beautiful way to store CO2. It is a wonderful, sustainable material - the model for natural circular economy.

In order to use wooden building elements in the long term, we need to break this cycle and protect the wood from light and moisture. Otherwise, even visible light destroys the wood structure and prepares the ground for fungal infestation and rot.

We have coating solutions for dimensionally stable and non-dimensionally stable building elements exposed to outdoor weathering. We also offer innovative solutions for light-sensitive substrates such as parquet flooring.
